My name is Steven Stockwell and we recently launched The Stress Free Work Week (you can see the site at www.stressfreeworkweek.com). The ultimate goal with the site is to use it as a vehicle to becoming a "career coach" with a specific focus on helping people deal with and manage their stress from work.

I found your site while surfing around Ezines and was impressed with your content. With literally just a few days under our wings, we're trying to network and make connections. So, I wanted to reach-out and introduce myself. Perhaps there are some ways we can work together in the future.

Anyway, just wanted to extend the olive branch!

Take care,
Steven

Believe it or not this is just simply overthinking about having saliva in your mouth. It is completely natural to have saliva in your mouth and is actually a really healthy sign your body is functioning properly. On the other hand a dry mouth would show a lack of proper nutrition or hydration. From what I believe, you feel as if you have to focus on swallowing, when it should just be a natural reaction to swallow when your mouth fills up with too much saliva. Also thinking about saliva in your mouth definitely creates more. Try not to pay too close attention to having to swallow saliva in your mouth.. I mean don't let yourself start drooling, but your body should naturally tell you when you need to swallow and your body will naturally do it. Let me know if you want me to clarify this some more for you!

Out of all the panic and anxiety programs I have tried online, this is by far the simplest and quickest one I have used. Worked fast!

I found this program to be absolutely amazing. Larry Crane has such a great way of personal coaching. It opened my eyes to endless possibilities.
